Farhan Dhalla is dedicated to guiding each client towards their highest potential through a goal and client-centered approach to treatment. A McMaster University graduate and a seasoned physiotherapist with 14 years of clinical practice, Farhan has notably worked with some of the world’s most accomplished athletes, including members of the Canadian Olympic Team.
Beyond his clinical expertise, Farhan has established himself as an International Fitness Presenter, Canadian Reebok Master Trainer™, and an author. He gained widespread recognition through seven seasons on the hit show "In Shape with Sharon Mann" on the W-Network in Canada and FITTV in the United States. A recent career highlight involves global acclaim in Hollywood and Bollywood for his personal training of multi-award-winning actress Deepika Padukone, notably for her Hollywood debut in "XXX: The Return of Xander Cage" and the Bollywood epic "Padmaavat." Farhan brings extensive experience in Sports Rehabilitation to his practice.
