Saurav Sharma is a highly experienced and dedicated physiotherapist with over 13+ years of clinical expertise in providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, specializing in Musculoskeletal Disorders, from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India. Since completing his postgraduate studies in 2012, he has remained committed to professional growth and continuous learning, always striving to offer the most up-to-date and effective treatments for his patients.
For more than a decade, Saurav served as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Punjab University, where he had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients across various specialties. His clinical experience includes managing sports injuries, pediatric and geriatric conditions, neurological rehabilitation, and a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders. This broad exposure has equipped him with the skills and insight needed to handle complex cases and to tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs.
His treatment approach is grounded in the principles of manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. He incorporates advanced techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise, postural and ergonomic training, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and neurodynamic mobilization.
