How long does each massage therapy session last?
Therapy Session can be booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 Minutes or 90 minutes depending on your convenience.
Do I need to remove all my clothes for massage therapy?
No. At Alleviate Physiotherapy, your comfort is our number one priority. All our Registered Massage Therapists are fully trained in draping techniques and they will work with you to ensure that you remain comfortable and relaxed throughout the message session.
How often do I need to book a massage therapy session?
Each Individual and their condition is unique. The best approach is to discuss your goals with your massage therapist and make a treatment plan that is best suited for your needs. Massage Therapy is most beneficial in acute conditions as a series of treatments and then followed up with preventative or maintenance plan.
